Thank you for choosing Lori Hammond. We are committed to providing high-quality coaching and hypnosis services. Because these services involve a significant commitment of time and professional resources, we have established the following billing and refund guidelines.

1. Payment Terms

All fees for coaching sessions, packages, or digital programs must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless a formal payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

For payment plans, you authorize Lori Hammond to charge your credit card on file automatically at the agreed-upon intervals.

2. Refund Policy

Coaching & Services: Due to the nature of professional coaching and the time reserved in our schedule, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions or packages once they have been purchased or performed.

Digital Products: If you purchase a digital program or recording, no refunds will be issued once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. To be respectful of our schedule and other clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

With 24+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session to a future date at no additional cost.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your session entirely ("no-show"), the session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

4. Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover fees.
